The Space:
This spacious 3-story house, near Redondo beach, is complete w/ 4 bedrooms, extra bonus rooms for movie nights or an office, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fresh PNW air.
The House:
⁍ Top level floor includes the master suite w/ a spacious kind size bed and private bathroom. The two bedrooms include a double & single bed w/ a shared bathroom. This floor also includes the movie room/office space and the laundry room (available upon request).
⁍ Lower level floor includes a mother-in-law suite which has a queen bed, private bathroom, full size living room with futon couch (additional bed), kitchenette w/ complimentary snacks and a covered patio/backyard.
⁍ Main level floor includes the core amenities such as the modern-full kitchen, dining room, living room, half-bathroom and covered deck w/ grill (available upon request).
⁍ Our garage includes the home gym, accessible to you during your stay.
The Location:
⁍ Minutes away from the I-5 freeway/Pacific highway, Redondo Beach boardwalk, Saltwater Park, nearby shopping centers, restaurants, coffee stands, grocery stores, commercial gyms, bus lines and gas stations.
⁍ 10-15 minutes away from SeaTac Airport and perfectly in between Seattle and Tacoma (20-25 minutes each way).
The Parking Space:
⁍ You are guaranteed 2 outdoor parking spaces on the driveway.
Guest access
You have the entire home to yourselves and will have access through the front door via digital lock.
No parties or gatherings whatsoever. You'll be charged if house rules are not followed. Thank you!

Rules and Regulation
1. No Parties or Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted on the premises. This ensures a peaceful and safe environment for all guests and neighbors.
2. Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. No additional guests beyond the confirmed booking are permitted at any time, including visitors during the day or overnight stays.
3. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise is prohibited to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents in the area.
4. Respect for Property: Treat the property with respect. Any damage or excessive mess caused by negligence or misuse will result in additional charges.
5. Compliance with Local Laws: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, including additional fees and possible cancellation of your reservation without a refund and immediate removal from the property.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund if you do so within 48 hours of booking or more than 7 days before your arrival. Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable once you’ve checked in. This policy also applies if you want to extend your stay.
