1. No Parties or Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted on the premises. This ensures a peaceful and safe environment for all guests and neighbors.
2. Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. No additional guests beyond the confirmed booking are permitted at any time, including visitors during the day or overnight stays.
3. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise is prohibited to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents in the area.
4. Respect for Property: Treat the property with respect. Any damage or excessive mess caused by negligence or misuse will result in additional charges.
5. Compliance with Local Laws: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, including additional fees and possible cancellation of your reservation without a refund and immediate removal from the property.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund if you do so within 48 hours of booking or more than 7 days before your arrival. Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable once you’ve checked in. This policy also applies if you want to extend your stay.
